Hotel didn't have the room I reserved two weeks before

The staff the hotel accommodations suck then they surprise you with a special damage fee when you've already paid almost 200.00 dollars a night to stay there so had to drive two and half hours back home and cut vacation short.not happy about any of it

The room sleeps couch need to be upgraded real bad. Nasty and spills everywhere, mattress was scary.
