Very loud AC that stopped every 3 minutes and sounded like a train engine stopping; had to kill the AC in order to sleep;. The room felt damp and smelled funny (with and without the AC). There was way too much perfumed cleaners used in the lobby;l. Our sink was clogged and barely drained. The whole place needs a good deep clean (bathroom caulk black/brown in spots)

While this property is a little “tired”, my friend and I were very impressed at how well maintained and clean everything was.

Food at breakfast 8:45 was cold. Breakfast should have been open until 10:00 a.m.

Great having a suite that opens to the outside, makes it much easier traveling with my dog

We have stayed here for several years. We have been at least 3 times since new owners purchased. The food was changed and is now terrible. My dog wouldn’t even take a bite. Front desk said it was Quality Suites standard. Roach in room. All the good staff is gone.
