Had fire in a dryer and we weren't able to check in.

The Manager was very dismissive and showed us no courtesy even though the fire was their fault. Told us he couldn't accommodate our request and since we booked through a third party he was unable to do anything but cancel our reservation.

Positives:
Breakfast was good, though it would have been nice for it to last until 10am. Not everyone is traveling for work and getting up early.
Negatives:
We were initially put into a double bed room and I had booked a king room. The first room had ripped carpeting and window treatments that were falling down. It was not a nice room. Thankfully though, Cortez (front desk) got us into the correct room which was much nicer and clean.

I was ready to go...

Location. Close to highway and shopping.
Negatives:
The staff wouldn’t answer the phone after several attempts to call. The elevators weren’t all working which caused a lot of waiting. The bathroom fan doesn’t work so the room smelled awful and it was damp the entire time. The beds were uncomfortable and we needed to call several times to have additional bedding brought up for the pullout bed (but it should have already been in the room). Hallways were loud until 3am and you could hear glass breaking. Pretty disappointed in the visit as we were expecting a great experience based on the number of stars and photos.
