Despite the bad state of the rooms, the front desk ppl were all really helpful, caring and nice. I felt bad for them having to work in that place.

AC never worked. Bathroom door banged into toilet so could never open the door; had to wedge in. Place smelled of pot. Every appliance and furniture was rusted, chipped, and damaged.
