Check in is at 3. Not 4pm... We had to wait for our room to be cleaned for an hour! I blame this on booking.com and will do my best to never book though then again.

Positives:
All staff members we encountered were friendly. Breakfast was good. Bedding was good. Air conditioning worked fine. We asked for a quiet room, and it was very quiet. We stayed in the middle of the week. Saw no college kids or loud visitors.

Shower could use a deep clean to get mold out of corners and remove soap buildup. Sink stopper was missing. The biggest complaint was the faucet was not big enough for the sink. Was impossible to use the faucet and not get water on the counter. The small-ish faucet was too close to the edge of the sink.

a few minor things liked the pump for the shampoo bottle was missing and the paper tissue ran out after a few uses and there was no replacement box in the room.

A pleasant overnight stay.

The hotel was clean, beds are comfortable, and the walk-in shower was great!
Negatives:
The eggs and gravy were so so but they had a great variety of breakfast foods. I thought $200 a night for Niles was a bit over priced.
