The location and neighbourhood was fine. The front desk staff were very nice.
Negatives:
The stair carpets (we were on the 2nd floor) were thick with grime. While the carpets were vacuumed daily, no amount of vacuuming would get rid of the grime.

The staff was wonderful ,also breakfast , The beds we’re comfortable ,one of the pillows had blood on it

Mildew on the walls mildew on the tub on the ceiling in the bathroom smelt really bad. We had to keep the bathroom door closed. Couldn’t even use Tub or shower. The toilet was so low to the floor any lower could’ve went on the floor

There was no TV remote in the room and no way to obtain one without being moved to a different room. This seemed a bit cumbersome. I would think that items of this nature would be available without a move to another room. This did not seem very practical.
