The staff was friendly and attempted to help during check in since there is no elevator and I was on the 2nd floor with a lot to manage.
Negatives:
NO ELEVATOR Please adjust the listing. Definitely not clean. The staircase was very dirty and was not cleaned during my stay. The laundry is in the hallway outside of my room. There was a leak and the machines were very dirty. They did not have change for laundry, I had to leave the hotel to drive to get change after calling just prior to checking in to check.

The jacuzzi tub in our room was improperly installed or something because all of the sealer was falling off the walls, the floor boards were split and by the door there’s a spot where the floor was soft. The bed was disgusting, the couch had white stains on it, there was hardened snot next to the bed, road salt from last winter behind the door, and stains on the supposedly clean towels
