I was in a room that was beside the fitness room so it was loud alot. But I didn't want to move because I was right by the door that goes outside (I smoke) ans I was by the guest laundry, so I took it but it was very very annoying.

The breakfast was okay. Nice that its warm and a variety. Would be nicer to have real bacon strips instead of crumbles. Not a sausage person but that kind was good.
Negatives:
We were each locked out of our room and had to get another key. The shower was great but the floor way too slippery when the soap washes off onto the floor! I put a towel down so we wouldnt slip! Temp. control unit is loud and disturbs sleep, so turned it off our second night to sleep better.

I called in before check-in to ask if I could get a room on the first floor and near an exit because I had a mountain bike to bring into the room. Karen the concierge was very gracious and helpful and took care of that for me
