Positives: They called me at 1100am the DAY I was coming to stay and cancelled my room. No offer to find me a room anywhere. Left me high and dry. I liked nothing about this.
Negatives: Supposedly, the room was flooded and inhabitable. Just that specific room. They had no other rooms to give me or set me up somewhere. All hotels were booked full.
