Can’t wait to go back...
Positives:
Breakfast was nice, your usual fare—eggs, fruit, muffins, and the kids love the pancake conveyor belt! But the real gem of this stay was the size of the room! Traveling with a family of five, we’re in the awkward stage of life where a second room isn’t quite necessary yet, but we need space to stay out of each others’ hair. The double queen suite we rented was HUGE! I was expecting 350’ sq but this room was over 500’ sq! Almost the size of a one bedroom apartment! High ceilings, large bathroom, just lots of SPACE at a great value for our family.
Negatives:
Bathroom itself was clean but in need of a little love. Tub caulk lines dingy, shower actuator leaky, scuffs on the drywall, etc. But that’s really the only thing about our stay that didn’t exceed expectations and didn’t impact our stay at all. Super nice find and highly recommended!

Close to the highway, big room, and close to restaurants . That is it.
Negatives:
Unbelievably overpriced for 1 night- I assume the rate was high just because the hotel was busy the night we stayed. The front desk person who checked us in was curt and kinda set off a bad vibe with us. Our room smelled like greasy fast food, the WiFi was barely functioning (which was difficult as I had to get work done), the bathroom had dried old toothpaste on the door and water in the communal dove body lotion bottle. We are on a road trip and only stayed the night, thankfully…we stayed at 3 other holiday inns and this one was the least pleasant and most expensive,

Clean main area appearance, welcoming helpful staff, bright main floor entrance, great breakfast and love the cookie/coffee welcome
Negatives:
Bathroom seemed dignity and not as clean as I would hope for. Like not a lot of attention to clean details (corners, edges, underneath sink, ect) makes you wonder if other corners were cut as well
