Positives: The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis. It is a very nice building. Rooms are spacious and clean. Proximity to restaurants and cafes is appreciated.

Negatives: The lobby is pretty dark, it's a little off-putting. I was told (but did not check) that the front door is locked after a certain time. This is not very convenient.
