Positives: Was very close to the Gonda building Mayo Clinic

Negatives: The older lady at the front desk was very rude and condescending. Every one of my questions were answered in an arrogant and unwilling manner. Didn’t feel comfortable staying here at all. We talked to a supervisor and were told that a manager will contact us, which never happened. The rooms were full of dust everywhere, I sneezed the entire time. Many cheaper places in the area are much more welcoming, so this place isn’t one I’d recommend.
