Mobile access key doesn’t work to outside doors
Minimal parking in front, making inaccessible mobile key for back/side doors inconvenient (defeats the purpose of “skipping” check in/out to stop at the desk for a key card).
Pool - tiny

the beds are comfortable but for older people they are to TALL. Maybe have some rooms with shorter beds for older adults, maybe you do?
