breakfast was good, clean and space to sit in lobby.
Negatives:
one day bath towels were removed and not brought back, so only had one towel for us, already in shower when aware that towels were removed.

met family for breakfast. 2 other family rooms had problem with their TV

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and tidy.
Negatives:
We requested adjoining rooms and they told us it wasn't available even though we had made the reservation a month in advance. Our TV did not work 2 of the 3 days we stayed here. None of the staff were able to fix it and the manager was never on site. The staff spent at least 2 hours in our room attempting to correct the situation but were unable to. We also received a wake up call at 4 a.m. our last morning there that we had not requested and couldn't go back to sleep. I asked for a discount on my stay because of this and was told I would have to call back and speak to a manager. I felt the staff on site did what they could to assist us but were not educated on how to program the electronics.
