Negatives: The forth floor was terrible. It smelled so toxic coming out if the elevator and the room was worse. The entrance floor was sticky. I informed the front desk worker and was given a new room on the first floor which was so much better. I am glad I stayed for only one day. I could not get my money back if I left, so I stayed.

Positives: The hotel was very, very clean and nice. Had a bar, resteraunt, indoor pool, room service. The staff were all super friendly. The hotel was walking distance to resteraunts and walmart next door. It was an awesome stay!
Negatives: I wish the bar would've stayed open longer but it was the typical time that most resteraunts close anyway

Positives: Great location and Valerie with the breakfast staff was awesome!
Negatives: There was an incident with another guest that was naked and had defacated in the hallway and my friend and I got off the elevator and he was standing there with no clothes on. The young man at the desk that morning took our concern very lightly and actually told us it was clay and thought we were stupid, the guy came back down down there dressed this time and asked for a plunger because his toilet in his room was clogged up. After that they catered to this man who was disgusting to say the least! They told us it was their fault that he had to come down naked and poop in the floor because the toilet issue was on them so they compt him two days of free breakfast for him and his other room and the four other people with him. I think it was disgraceful of them to think this was ok! If I had my daughter with me on this trip and walked out of the elevator to that I would had died! He got petted and we didn’t even get an apology from the manager! We were told by the assistant manager that we were adults and it’s not a big deal but that man got by with doing that and we had to sit there and have breakfast at the table beside him! I will never stay at that Hilton Garden Inn again!

Negatives: 1-Holding $20 at checking in with explained that for snacks and wine bar? 2-Room is small, on website it says 452 ft (room #433 ) less than what I expected. 3-Tissue paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash not filled up once I in the room. Called customer service desk they said that, they have no ones available to bring it to me, they said I go down there to get them.

Positives: We liked the front desk lady she tried to help but let us know they were short staffed.
Negatives: We arrived had to wait till 4pm to check in for 2 rooms and 5:30 to check into our 3rd room because the rooms were not clean. Once in the rooms they were still dirty we took the vacuum that was left in the hallway and vacuumed All 3 rooms our selves after calling the front desk to see if we could get help. She said they were short staffed. We then proceeded to clean the toilet in one room and the tubs in the other two rooms due to residue and hair left in tub. We have stayed here before but NEVER Will Again. AND.. We booked through Booking.com. had an issue before we arrived at the hotel called customer service for booking.com they were the RUDEST!!! The rep who called his self Anthony( I know it’s NOT his name)told me stop waisting his time!!! So Needless to say I’m NOT using Booking.com again.

Positives: The staff is great and very friendly and responsive!
Negatives: I have stayed at this hotel location 3 times in 12 days because I had to come home because my mother was in ICU fighting for her life in Memphis. After sitting in the hospital all day every day I got back to my room the bed was not made and I purposely made sure there was nothing on the bed each day before I left to go to the hospital. Some days I had no towels and the room wasn't even touched! I complained to the front desk on multiple occasions. Room service is apart of what I pay for and I did not get cleanliness like I was charged for. This happened at least twice a night during each of my 3 stays at this property!
