Positives: The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the morning staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to the Landing and downtown area..

Negatives: We chose a place with a pool for the kids, but the water was unbearably cold, raising concerns about the chemical balance. The hot tub was pleasant; however, it was overcrowded with children due to the pool's low temperature. The staff member who checked us in appeared to be frustrated and disorganized, reacting somewhat defensively when I inquired about the paperwork for one of the rooms, which she had neglected to give me, attributing the oversight to her predecessor.
