Location was convenient..... And quiet....the front staff was fun....

No breakfast and I feel like we paid for it...the hotel used to have a great breakfast and now nothing....most hotels provide that....also was told there would be donuts at the coffee bar but there was not...the rooms smell funky...to much carpet deodorant....I never leave a negative review but I felt this needed to be said...I have always like most best western hotels but this one is slipping...get it together guys....way too much money for what one gets....

There really wasn’t much about this place that we liked.
Negatives:
Our room was not clean, despite being told by 2 different staff members that it was (trash not taken out, wet towel on the floor, sheets covered in hair.) The room itself wasn’t marked. The floors were warped. There was a wasp nest on the balcony. The furniture was stained. You can’t hear the TV over the AC unit, even with the volume turned all the way up. Dirty doors and walls.

Facilities appear to be showing their age. Flooring pulling back from edges in bathroom and pool area. Walls are very thin. Could hear neighbor coughing all night.
