Location to SDC was great. Room was clean. . I liked the small deck to be able to sit outside. The maintenance guy was great to get the hot tub temperature regulated. Large indoor pool.

The staff was so rude. My booking was an accidental double booking due to the wifi outage and a reload of the page. Booking.com reached out to the hotel multiple times to cancel it and the hotel refused to cancel the technical error and refund my money. I reached out to them in plenty of time wayyyy before and they refused. I rarely leave bad feedback, but I would never stay here again or recommend a place who does business this way.
The room was sub par. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom dirty.
