Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Tuesday, Dec 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Dec 10th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Dec 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Dec 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 14, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 4 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first 1 night/s charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
