The only good thing about this place was the location.
Negatives:
Staff was rude. We asked for extra pillows since there was only one per person. Got a lot of eye rolls. My children don't even roll their eyes at me. Then our key cards quit working, and it was like pulling teeth, trying to get them replaced.

Nobody at the reception. Had to wait.
Door access card didnt work. Had to go back down to re activate them.

Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Hair allover the sink. Smell of mold horrible. Bed cover smelly.
I booked the room because it had breakfast. The kitchen was in the open and looked messy and unclean. I did not eat breakfast at all.

Breakfast was decent and the location was great.

Rooms were a little run down and there was some yelling at 4 am. The elevator made some noise, not sure if was safe or not.

It's wasn't very modern the pool wasn't open. Rooms smelled musty one of the beds sunked in the middle the room my brother had found a cockroach.think it could of been better.
