Positives: The location was wonderful. Steps away from the Plaza and a short 5 min drive to UMKC. Parking was so easy, and compared to other hotels in the area, $20 a night was quite fair. The staff was so warm and friendly. THE cleanest breakfast area I have ever had at a chain hotel. Food was fully stocked. They were even going around a filling coffee at the tables. We will be back!
