Disappointing
Positives:
I liked how clean it was and the location was great plenty gas stations and plenty places to eat was right around the corning from worlds of fun. The only bad issue I had was the first morning of our stay the lady at the front desk was very unfriendly very uppity it was myself my husband my son and his family my 3 grandchildren 1 being a 1 year old baby. We had went for breakfast and the baby was jabbering and we were not being loud at all except for the baby and us lowly talking and she told us to be quiet. And we just looked at each other like what!!!! Because we were not being loud even my 10 and 8 year old was being quiet. Anyway everyone else was wonderful.
And that same night after we came back from worlds of fun we went to our rooms and Mt son's door to there room was wide open. We did tell management about it and they said they would handle it, hopefully they did of course I'll never truely know if they did or not.
But everything else was a pleasure.
Thank you for a very clean facility. And mostly friendly staff.
