I asked to change Rooms, 1st room had a two broken light bulbs dirty sheets broken shower curtain broken remote to the tv and no phone in the room! And Trash under bed. And just dirty! I started 11 years ago it was nice then! Not now

Breakfast was pretty good; better than most budget hotels of this class. We generally try to stay at Staybridge and the good breakfast is one of the reasons. Provided hot food (scrambled eggs/omlette, potatoes, bacon/sausage, waffles), fruit, breads, yogurt, etc.
Negatives:
For families with kids it would have been great. But we just needed a quiet place to sleep and it was anything but that. Had a room overlooking the pool area which was extremely loud with kids yelling, adults partying until after midnight, dogs barking in the next room. A/C was pretty loud (typical of most hotels of this class). We booked through booking.com and there is some issue on how room types are conveyed - we booked a suite with 3 beds and they only had us for a single bed and sofa sleeper and couldn't cancel by that time. We paid extra for the bigger room and cancellation, both of which were of no value. We are working with booking.com to get some compensation.

You have a fabulous staff. We've been here almost a month and have several more weeks. Abbi has been great, Eric, great, all the front desk people and managers. We love it here, because of them.
Negatives:
The chairs in dining room are in bad shape ripped torn and dirty, since Jackie over kitchen left they no longer have salsa, a good variety of tea, or muffins. Also oatmeal would be nice. What you do have is very good.

Large rooms, great breakfast and very clean. The location works perfect for me. Close to St. Charles as well as on highway K; in O'Fallon.
Negatives:
The AC/heater and fridge are a little noisy but the fridge is not in the bedroom and the heater or AC can be turned off in the night.
