Negatives: Had a leak in bathroom wall , they placed a towel in corner to keep it running in front of the stool, could smell the musty moldy smell . Coffee was not hot.

Negatives: Definitely needs updated. Beds are old. Breakfast wasn't very good

Negatives: The entry needs to be repainted but the rooms were in good condition

Negatives: We didn’t like the bed bugs and that the management hasn’t even talked to us about it yet. We ended up leaving early due to the bugs. Don’t stay there unless you like being bitten in your sleep by bed bugs and spending extra money to wash all your stuff at a laundry mat to keep from taking their filth home with you.

Negatives: We were supposed to be there for three nights and on the second morning when my wife got up and went to use the restroom a bedbug fell off her into the floor. We killed it gathered our sthing and left. My wife had 4 bites on her arm from the bugs. I informed the front desk and she said this wasn't the first time this complaint had been made. I took her to the room where and showed her the bed bug that we killed and she took pictures of it. We took our stuff to the closest laundry mat and washed all of our items. We were supposed to be contacted by the general manager and we have not been contacted. We fi ally contacted booking.com and they are trying to figure this out as well. Still nothing from the general manager after 3 days. You would think something as serious as bed bugs the manager would try to deal with it ASAP, but nothing as of yet. I was told the owner was aware as well but nothing from any of the staff.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: The property itself needs some TLC. There are easy things that could be fixed such as broken blinds, the furniture is very worn and outdated, needs a better cleaning in the common (there were dead flies in the window seals), lights are out or strobeing, especially in the pool area. The parking lot was full of potholes. It is a pet friendly hotel. The first pet there is no charge for but any additional pets are $15 per night. I did not see this posted anywhere on their website and found out about it while checking in. They also use a VERY STRONG odor cover-up. If you are sensitive to smells, I would not stay at this location. By the second day, I did have a headache, luckily, we spent most of our time away from the hotel. They did have a daily hot breakfast. However, it was the same breakfast every single day. Overall, it was fine for two or three nights stay. I would not book an entire vacation due to the items listed above.
