Negatives: Window could only open about 3” they have a screw in the window track to keep window from opening on second floor if they had a fire you could be trapped. When checking out 15 minutes late 11:15 card would not let me back into the room while removing my stuff had to go to front desk to get back in the room to get rest of my belongings.

Negatives: Lobby doors were broken and very dirty, airlock floor is very uneven and I about tripped on a broken tile

Negatives: The picture you display is very misleading. This property definitely needs updating. The chair in my room was so bad I never sat in it. Needs to be thrown out. My card was charged a $200 cleaning fee after I checked out because my son didn’t take out the trash and I was informed he broke a luggage rack in his room. When asked for proof I was told the room had already been cleaned so they had no proof. Now when we checked in we were given an option to pay cash with a $100 deposit for incidentals but because I paid with a card they charged me after the fact. I was already headed home on the highway. Please beware they are scandalous and I will be filing a claim regarding the charge. I will never stay here again.

Negatives: Very false advertisement. The facility is very ran down. Walk in to a mildew smell of the room. The shower squealed the whole time. The bathroom door only opened 1/4 of the way before dragging across the floor. There was mold in the window, the window was busted, water damage on the wall. Outlet covers cracked, blow dryer plug cracked. The trim around the tub is metal and is sticking up and can stab foot on. I walked the rest of the building and almost every window has water damage and mold that is caulked and painted over. Fire system seems to be very old not sure if up to date (might be I’m not sure) rust was on all the covers of the fire sprinklers. Down the hall plug in covers are cracked. Door trim is separated on the outsides of doors in the halls. If our room looks like this and this is a master suite questions me of what other rooms look like. I have many pictures and videos of all this and the walk through. Many safety concerns that I don’t believe had true inspections that is supposed to be done by the 1st of august. We are staying here at the beginning of September and if this inspection was done this last month then it wasn’t inspected by a professional.

Negatives: Booked 1st time a handicaps king room, ended up going with neighbor instead of husband so changed the bed to 2 queens and still handicap. After we checked in went to room, used the bathroom and when sitting down we had both fell hard to the seat cause toilet was so low, hurt our butt bones pretty good. Then no bars to help pull us us. I had hip replaced which I still have issues with that hip and could hardly get up. The shower curtain sucks, front desk said no water is suppose to come through so there was no need for a liner which is totall5 wrong, there was water all over the floor, that was ridiculous. Then then tub had no grid things down so was really bad being slippery. Hard to wash and they to be safe and not slip and no bars in there. No door knob sign saying do not disturb? Really so the only 2 times a lady came she didn't knock before entering, just opened the door. Could have been naked which really made me mad1st day we got there after unpacking when we left for dinner I ask front desk what a superior room was, she said just aluttle larger room which both times calling I specified handicap. And 2nd time I called when I change to the queen beds booking.com said to call directly to the hotel to change the room which I specified again as like the 1st time I needed a handicaps room so that was done from the staff at the hotel of nit giving me what I ask for. And as for the toilet they did give us a seat riser which helped somewhat and when I told them about how slippery the tub was, someone had thrown a bath tower in tub for us to lay out and stand up lol. Trash cans were only emptied once, I took a plastic grocery bag and filled that with our 2 little trash cans and set bag in hallway. When I booked I seen where it said pool but my fault I didn't read good to see it was a inside pool.

Negatives: Towels could have been bigger, we were told right away that we couldn't have any more towels unless we turned our used towel in.

Negatives: I told the front desk that we came in for our Anniversary and he just said "Okay" Then later on I ask for some toiletries because my husband forgot his and it was to late to pick up some, and they had none. It would have been nice if our Anniversary was a least acknowledge with "Happy Anniversary" or something instead of 'Okay"

Negatives: I reserved a king bed room and was told that is what I would be getting. It was not a king bed room but rather two full size room bed. We only stayed one night so I did not address this with them, but you should get what you paid for.
