- when I arrived, there was very dark colored foot prints, and drink, or food , drippings, from the front door, to the elevators. I thought, they are a little busy, they will get it when they slow down. That never happened… the prints and stains were there for two days!! (Nasty)
- I got settled in, and wanted to take a nap. When I put my head on the pillows, there was a very strong smell of cologne! It was strong, and all in my face! Did not like that at all…
- I had to keep ALL the lights on at most times, because, could not use the shade, to let sunlight in the room.
