Positives: The location was very close to Mercy where I had my appointment the next day.

Negatives: The heat/air unit was broken you couldn't turn the air off it had to be unplugged. 1 of the lamps in the room didn't work.

Positives: The bed linens were clean and so was the shower.

Negatives: Cigarette butts everywhere outside, walkways parking lot. Very trashy looking. Noisy for most of evening. Tried to give us a smoking room but we showed our paperwork and it said non-smoking. Very run down looking, nothing like the pictures in the Booking.com website.

Positives: The staff at the front desk were friendly.

Negatives: The room had a nasty smell The beds looked like the sheets hadn't been changed. I think it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in a motel room. The chairs in the room were broken. There wasn't a lot to choose from when it came to breakfast and most of it was gone when we got there. I feel like I didn't get what I paid for with this place at all.. $100 a night for the worst sleep I've had in a while. Just spend the extra $30 and go to a hotel down the road there are a ton of other options nearby.
