Positives: Not much. Will not stay there again.

Negatives: Was a poor representation for "Days Inn". Overhead sink light did not work, toilet seat loose, toilet tank flapper valve did not work (had to pull lid off the tank and manually reset it), ice compartment was frozen over and could not put things in, bathroom floor not clean. Clerk sent us to restaurant that was closed that day (Sunday). Told them not to rent again until fixed.
