Negatives: Our room was filthy. Dried mucus in the dirty sink. Took six hours to get any towels as first ones supplied after asking were used and wet. Floor had not been swept, dirt and crumbled nacho chips on the floor. All the staff available appeared to be men who did not take us seriously. One of the men cleaning g the rooms in his bare feet. This was without an exaggeration the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Couldn’t sleep all night and I was in the breakfast room in the morning at six am to drink coffee and another guest was at the desk calling the number that was on the desk for assistance and the desk phone just rang and rang. He had not slept there that night as he told me his room was gross and had no towels either. He had come back in the morning to shower. Had his business clothes in hand on hangers. His room key would not work and no one came to that desk in 40 minutes. Just terrible. The only bright spot was staff Shannon who happened to be there when we were checking in and overheard us asking if there was a small fridge in the room as advertised. She was on her day off and she brought up a new fridge while the men stood around and smoked. I saw her when we were checking out at 9 am. And she had come in for her shift. I told her to run for the hills. As should any potential guests. Don’t do it.
