Positives:
Was our favorite place to stay when we came to Missoula to visit our daughter who is in college.
Negatives:
We requested our room to be cleaned to three people and returned to the room that evening, and it was not. We did ask for clean towels and toilet paper, and they did bring us towels. For two nights, we paid a total of $630.00, which by itself is outrageous, then not to have a clean room when requested is absurd. Next time we come to Missoula, we will be staying at an AirB&B.

Room was quiet with the amenities as described. The front desk was courteous and efficient not exactly outgoing but satisfactory. As a Hilton Diamond member, the hotel met my expectations for HGI I have stayed in the past. Would stay again.
