We reserved the hotel because of the pool. When we arrived, we found out the pool was closed indefinitely for repairs. There were a number of smaller items out of order. For example, the icemaker was broken on our floor, treadmills were broken.

We chose this hotel for its' location and that it is pet-friendly. What the website did not tell us is that the pet charge was $75 for the night. We would have found another hotel but it was too late to cancel our reservation. Seventy-five dollars is way out of line.
