Tried to check out in the morning but staff was not anywhere in sight i waited 10 mins i had to leave work so i put my key cards on counter i did call back about 30 min later to make sure that knew i left and where I put my key cards

No bathtub,fridge was out in the opening and outlet was tape to the wall very unsafe for children. I had 3 kids under 3yrs old. Bed were very uncomfortable and didn't sleep well.

Let people know when check out is & have someone up front when told we had to be out by 1130 am or they were going to charge me again. But was waiting for someone to come to the desk to come get my keys from me & answer ?s it was after 1130 wen I got bk
