Baymont by Wyndham Omaha SW

Negatives: We were told upon arrival that our room was cursed and that the owners knew about all of the problems and they didn't want us to complain. The guy at the front desk told us that the owners couldn't afford the repairs. The bathroom has a very large crack at the roof, the tub and floors were dirty (covered with filth and other people's hair) , the room smelled of bad cologne so strong it gave us a headache, the pool was closed and we probably wouldn't have used it due to the state of the room.

Negatives: out side not was not inviting , a little scary for two elderly women.

Negatives: Just wanted to let you know that the lady at the front desk is the rudest lady ever! We arrived around 10 pm & only stayed for the night. I was going to stay another night but chosen not to because I didn’t want to see or deal with that lady again! When we first came in she was behind the computer & the whole time checking us in she wouldn’t even look at me let alone make eye contact with me. She was short with her words, her tone was horrible, just plan rude! When we woke this am & got breakfast I asked one simple question, and she relied back to me soo hateful. Although your facility is great, price good I would come back bc of this lady!

Negatives: I would like to have had a refrigerator in my room to keep drinks for the next day cold ahead of time.

Negatives: I paid for a king suite and there was not so much as a loveseat or pullout hide a bed in the room. I had to pay an extra $10 for a terrible fold out cot because I have never been in a king suite where there was no place to lay down other than the bed. Every Suite I have ever been in until this one has had a sofa bed or at least a loveseat! Not to mention the fact that I found a cashew and a hair tie on the floor underneath the desk, there was trash behind the night table on both sides of the bed. The hot tub was not cleaned properly and was extremely greasy and disgusting! The owner disrespected me because I was coming to the hotel to take my son to surgery early in the morning, he was unable to eat after midnight so I grabbed him some oatmeal to eat that night because he had to eat his breakfast by midnight and I got disrespected for doing so even though it’s supposed to have a free breakfast it was not the right hours she said, but she didn’t say it nicely. Then to top it off my card did not go through for the extra 10 bucks she was charging for the cot I shouldn’t have had to pay for because there should’ve been a couch in the room and she was worried about $10 while I was trying to check my son in for surgery. I will never stay out or recommend this property again!

Negatives: They have a earlier curfew for quiet time then any juvenile facility I’ve ever seen in my life and they don’t want you to have anybody come to your hotel after like nine or 10 o’clock, which is ridiculous if you’re getting a room because you come out down and see people why wouldn’t you have somebody at your room?

Negatives: We were on the 2nd floor. There was no elevator. The hallway smelled bad. The television didn’t work. Any grassy area, the grass was so long, my dog wouldn’t walk through it.
