Positives: It was a nice room, and the front desk attendant was extremely helpful when I was checked in. The night front desk attendant needs customer service training(Jackie).
Negatives: One of the key things to a hotel is a good nights rest. Check out was 1100. At 0900, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and walked in the room "as" she identified herself as housekeeping. I literally had to just about push the door closed on her while she was entering my room. Telling her it's only 9 o'clock. When I advised the "manager"(Blonde woman and a male named i believe Devon), it was advised initially that the problem was their housekeeping staff can't speak English. It was then advised that they know not to go to the rooms that early. I couldn't get back to sleep, so that was a major thumbs down. Customers don't pay that type of money to have their sleep broken.

Negatives: Ia crazy that they charge you extra for parking to me is a rip off. It should be already included on your rate. That’s the only thing I didn’t like. Next time I’ll think about it if I want to use the same hotel.
