Positives: The size of the Room was great the bed was Comfortable
Negatives: The guest on the upper leave was stopping where I had to take my cane and hit my celling about 4 miles threw out the night !! Plus hard to sleep with all the traffic Noise I payed to much for one night ...I also let staff know I needed a shuttle to airport @ Noon get downstairs and staff said they were already gone so had to pay for a taxi to the airport ! Staff said it wasn't going to be back I got downstairs 11:45 am she said they left at 11:30 ... Cost me 23.00 for a cab !! I will not ever stay @ other Holiday Inn again

Positives: The water park area was good for kids.
Negatives: You have to pay for breakfast and parking. Also the assistant manager was very rude when I tried to extend my stay. I ended up not staying another night due to her attitude about trying to extend my reservation, after watching the man in front of me extend his without question.
