Positives: room was not ready, and this was at 3:20 so as to clean the room would have added 30 mins. at best. had to go in my family members room to get ready for a wedding. When I did check in later that night was NO remote for TV did bring me one didn't work right with TV. Would I stay there again NO I mean hell NO. This may not be the last review either.

Negatives: You had me so mad I wrote in the wrong box.

Positives: The woman at check in was fantastic! I wish I had caught her name, but she was very friendly and informative and even helped me save money on my stay with the rewards program.

Negatives: The heater in the pool was not working so it was too cold for the kids to swim and the hot tub was also broken.
