Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful. room was clean and comfortable.

Negatives: hot water heater needs to be replaced. we had to take a cold shower every morning. a better breakfast choice would be better, and to make sure it is re-stocked. we went out to eat breakfast every morning. make sure people pick up there dog poop. it is everywhere. room was very noisy from the traffic
