it is clean and roomy.
Negatives:
the elevator often took between 5-20 min daily. no access to the stairway bc it was for emergency only. the mattress was lumpy. the line to the front desk staff was about 30 min -1 hour wait. only two staff processed the request while the other three behind the counter were” supervised” . the rollercoaster was noisy at night.
we will not ever stay here again.

The staff were unhelpful at the concierge, the digital key only worked some of the time, no in room facilities ie coffee, water in room or on the floor, pool was closed for the majority of the day with no explanation, no info on when it would reopen. We were visiting to assess the appropriateness of it for a group of 20 athletes in January to stay however based on our experience I don’t think we could possibly recommend it

What we didn't like was the location of the room, which had a terrible view. I understand that I got a cheap price, but I've done it on other trips and I've never had a room with such a horrible view, and the pillows were also very hard.
