Negatives: Harrah's is not connected to the river walk. Bed was too soft for my preference. They charged me a resort fee for each of my two rooms even though Booking.com stated all fees were included (less tax). Could still smell smoke in the non-smoking area. No buffet. Did not get the opportunity to use their shuttle to their sister facility (Tropicana).
