Overcharged for parking because room key did not work for their garage. Still waiting on credit. Housekeeping missed a sock on the floor of our room from previous customer. So how well did they clean anything else? Hotel in general is run down and smelly.

Walls were so thin we could hear the conversation of the people nextdoor. When we changed rooms it smelled like weed and then we could hear the club music all night.

Manager and Night staff at desk was not at all of any help. Room reeked of Marijuana. Lady working at front desk no help, didnt change room for us, Manager next had audacity to tell us that Marijuana is legal in their state. And we had 3 kids with us.

I ordered a non-smoking room, and upon arrival my room smelled like smoke and marijuana. My first night my neighbors were so loud and I didnt get any sleep. I had to call security. The next day they let me change rooms, but did not give me any comp
