Before booking I had called to see if they provided slippers. The front desk person said they did. Upon arrival they said there were no slippers, had I knew; I would have brought my own, but instead I had to go and purchase my own slippers. The housekeeping was really rude over the phone. Not only that I ask not to be near any elevator . They didn’t put me near the main elevators. They put me near a service elevator, which I can hear all night long. Will not be stay at the Harvey’s ever again. Everything at Tahoe is too overpriced.

My review of Harvey's Casino
Positives:
I like the size of the room and the mini fridge in it. The bathroom was huge. I wish there was a bath tub.

The customer service should be better. There was a lot of attitude from the staff. I understand they are short staffed, but as a guest we should be treated with respect.

The breakfast on River caffe was really good. One of the positives of the location.

The room is too small. We can hear all the noises around, especially from the room besides ( including if they are talking normally). The restroom wasn't working properly.

The room was beautiful, and had an amazing view of the lake. Service around the hotel was also awesome.

The property doesn't have microwaves, what are we supposed to do with things we put in the refrigerator? Also, as vegans there were no options in the room service, or really at any of the restaurants nearby.

The bed sucked. Bathroom was nasty looking. Paying an extra $20-$30 to park was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. Will not be staying there again.
