Positives:
Large room, great beds. Good location and breakfast variety
Negatives:
Room smelt damp when we first went in, there were redundant light switches and lights would not go on other than bathroom. Receptionist came and had to fiddle with a light bulb to get lights to go on.
Booking.com sold the room as pool view with a bath and both of these were not booked as per the venue, no rooms have baths.
Breakfast was great but with paper plates and plastic cutlery which was a great shame made the experience much less than it could be. Also from a European perspective the lack of recycling was unusual and again this could be fixed easily.

The bad smell comes from AC inside the room no fresh air,ventilation wasn't working in the bathroom,the door in the bathroom it was very hard to close and open ,and my son was with the red rushes during sleep the second day it wasnt mosquito it was some bugsI'm very disappointed this time from previous year. Poor breakfast.

Location was good. Breakfast had lots to offer and was good. Bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
Room had a funny smell, even after staff came and sprayed air freshener. Air conditioner was right next to bed and blew cold air at my face and head all night. Ants in the bathroom. I spoke to the general manager about these issues and he was adjusting my room rate for one night, but that NEVER happened. Not very honorable and disappointing.
