Negatives: Room was smoking room (we don’t smoke). Room had broken headboard, scratched up bathroom door, broken bathroom door. We asked and was guaranteed a quiet location but one night had fighting couple next door and 2nd night had kids running and yelling until 11pm. Set off our car alarm 2 times. When we notified front desk at checkout they said well we can’t control were your room is. Too bad
