Wedding guests that took up half the hotel (54 rooms) came back after the wedding and continued the party. Noise, at least a few dozen of guests partying, playing music, etc. went on in lobby and courtyard outside the rooms until AFTER 2AM. I complained to the front desk twice (she said others were calling her as well) and wound up calling the police myself, encouraged by the person running the front desk (her words were "maybe this will get them to stop") who asked the guests multiple times to break it up and they ignored her. Manager in the morning wound up crediting the entire room cost for the night of 8/24 as many of the non-wedding guests staying at the hotel had called to complain. Poorly trained person at desk could not handle the situation. Manager said "it never should have gotten that far that a guest had to call the police."

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Hotel, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The value for money was outstanding, providing everything we needed and more at a very reasonable rate.
The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that catered to all our tastes. It truly set a positive tone for our days. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, finding the accommodations comfortable and the service impeccable.
One of the highlights was the free parking, which made our visit even more convenient. Overall, our stay at Best Western was wonderful, and we look forward to returning in the future.
