It had a bus stop right in front

WiFi did not work entire time we was there. Fitness was out of order entire time we was there. Breakfast was not good. Pillows are so flat on both beds just not comfortable. Paid close to 1k for something that was not worth it.

If you are flying to New York for the first time, then under no circumstances stay at this hotel!!! The pictures are very embellished and are not really like that!
1. What we encountered upon arrival was a broken sofa in the hall and greasy, greasy chairs that looked just awful
2. When we came to the room, we realized that the picture was completely different thanks to Photoshop, we also encountered old torn and broken furniture, old paint and mold in the bathroom! Also with a burnt and terribly dirty curtain!!!
3. From 12.30 to 01.02, they changed our bed linen 1 TIME and not completely because my girlfriend found her hair on the sheet! They also did not take the trash from the room!
4. The only hygiene items were towels, 1 GEL AND 1 SOAP FOR 2 PEOPLE!?!? Forget about slippers, a robe, working WiFi... there is none!
5. As for the pool, we didn't use it, we went in to have a look, and it didn't look presentable, we didn't want to swim!
6. This is the only + breakfast, they were pretty good, but they didn't change the whole time...
In general, as for this 3-star hotel, it's worth 1! ((( My advice to you, overpay $200-300 and rent something closer to Manhattan!!!

I had some hopes for this hotel, but the experience was far from what I expected. The rooms look nothing like the photos online—those pictures must have been taken years ago. The room wasn’t very clean, with noticeable stains on the floor and furniture.
We booked a room for three people, which was supposed to include a sofa bed. However, when we arrived, there were no linens or pillows for the sofa bed, and only two sets of towels were provided. When we went to the front desk to resolve the issue, instead of sending housekeeping to prepare the sofa bed, they just handed us a bag of linens. My husband had to help carry everything back to the room and set it up ourselves.
The biggest problem, though, was the temperature. The room was freezing, and there didn’t seem to be any way to fix it.
The breakfast included in the price was passable but very basic and didn’t have any vegetables at all.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you’re traveling with kids or prefer warm room temperatures.

It is understood that it is an old facility that require the renovation big time.
However, I must say that 2 key reasons why I decided to stay on this hotel.
1) kind staff - First I was given a room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed that wont fit my family. I went to front desk and asked for 2 queen bed and 1 sofa bed room and immediately they have accommodated by changing the room as requested. Thank you.
2) location - NJ transit bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance. We came with the family to visit NYC and surrounded attractions. it serve the purpose well.

3 Our room aircon was making the noise (hard time sleep well with the noise)
4 Breakfast menu hot food something that I would rather change
