Good news! Before Tuesday, Sep 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Sep 24th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Sep 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Sep 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 25, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

The incidental will be refunded by the issuing back within 7-14 business days after your departure as long as no additional charges are incurred. Negatives: We had 3 suites booked. 1 person was handicapped. We asked for rooms to be next to each other. The where as far apart as they could be. The room furniture was torn and covered with a blanket. Rugs very dirty. There where many critters in the room. Very disappointed with the price we payed.
