Negatives: When we arrived in the room and opened curtains, there was a giant fly on the window. At first we thought it was a bee and we had just received a text welcoming us and asking us to send a text if we needed anything. I texted and let them know we needed someone to come up and kill a bee in our room. I ended up killing it with one of your wash cloths. The bathtub is old. Light seeps into the room from the hall because the entrance door is crooked or you need a new door. You could use a mirror where you have drawers. The room could use a bigger TV. Your bathroom double doors squeak when you open them so I woke up my sister during the night. We could hear the traffic when we were trying to fall asleep. There were a few homeless people sleeping and hanging out in the neighborhood around your hotel.

Negatives: Location was not good. All night long traffic with interstate noise missing some bed covers had to ask for them hotel not very clean looked very understaffed.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: The carpet was very dirty. The bathroom door did not have a door knob. One of the mattress was in bad shape. The next day they gave us another room but the AC unit was not cooling and anand the tv was not working properly. It was an unpleasant stay.

Negatives: The pictures did not portray reality, and we were uncomfortable. The two queen beds were two double beds. There was no fridge, no microwave, and hardly any tabletop space. The bathroom, floors, and sheets were not clean. The shower didn't work correctly or heat up properly. We paid almost $300 for one night and felt robbed of our money.
