For 540 dollars I expected...

Used to have a great breakfast buffet, they changed it up to a restaurant.

The property is completely neglected. I would like to say it has character with details such as wood beams, however it is too dated with homely tile and sinks. The property is unsafe with dilapidated walkways and decks. Paint is peeling everywhere and that is just the small of it! We will never stay there again.

1/Hotel is clean but very much past its prime. The Spanish looking chairs in the room had clothes covering that was filthy.
2/The fridge in the room made so much noise I had to unplug it.
3/There was no coat hangers in the open closet section.
Positives:
the room was ready when we got there. Very clean and well equip for our stay. Rustic, but comfortable.

Food was great but service a little slow. Not enough servers to meet the need.

We need to still get our REFUND for our stay. We only stayed Two nights and were charged for three nights! Our Thursday night needs to be refunded because we did not stay Thursday night. We came in and arrived on Friday and stayed Friday and Saturday night!! We need our refund for Thursday night!! We spoke with a woman in Holland and she said she would get our refund and credit it to our card account!! THAT HAS NOT BEEN DONE NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED! PLEASE GET THIS MATTER TAKEN CARE OF!! THANK YOU!!!
