Had potential being nestled among some nice shade trees with a grassy courtyard.
Negatives:
Overall, everything from the staircase outside, the beds inside the bathroom and all patios/doors on the entrance and exits seemed very unsecure. Everything needed an update and a good paint job and some remodeling. Lots of rotten wood and very few frills. Almost impossible to find an ice machine or anything standard at most motels. Not sure if any amenities that actually existed on this property other than an old bocce ball court.
The air conditioner unit had a flashing series of disco ball style lights inside the control panel that flashed all night long. No idea what that was about. Too late at night to ask the staff for a solution.

The location is very convenient from where it sits by city venues
Negatives:
No blankets on the bed, pillows too small. All bathroom sinks either barely had water running or lacked in functionality. Towels provided were dingy and still looked poorly cleaned. Bathrooms were poorly cleaned as well as horribly cheap toilet paper that made what is supposed to be a drought conscious facility seem moot.
