Absolutely love Staybridges! The staff are wonderful; friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
The rooms are light, with everything you would need.
The Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday supper nights are delicious and bring the residents and quests to.
Negatives:
The bathrooms could do with an update. Very dated with showers tricky to use without getting the whole bathroom wet. The show head needs to be more modern

I don’t know why they charge me extra on my bill except for the payment overnight, I forgot to ask what is that for. $139.33 extra fee If you know please explain to me what is the extra charger. Our hotel payment is $ 291.61. Thanks

Great hotel. Highly recommended. Very large, you could spend a week here, rooms. Did not get a chance to use the fitness center, but it looked fine. GO TO THE PIZZA PLACE ON THE END CORNER IN THE SAME PARKING LOT AS THE HOTEL. FRONT DESK STAFF RECOMMENDED, AND THE PIZZA WAS EXCELLENT! (BUT A BIT PRICEY)

Great location with numerous bars and restaurants sharing the same parking lot. Wonderful Hot breakfast with all sorts of assorted eggs, bacon, sausage, roasted potatoes, fruits, pastries, cereals, yogurts, waffles, bagels , toast, cheeses, juices. Ten minute walk to SUNY Amherst campus for Alumni weekend. plenty of additional shopping, food choices in the area. Staff really friendly not just at check in but throughout stay. and Free cookies every day in the afternoons. Outdoor patio firepits and furniture are comfortable place to congregate and relax
Negatives:
some of the furniture in the suite (Couch, armchairs, ottomans) were worn and could use updating.
